Video celebrates history of boxing in Birmingham

A YouTube video charting the history of boxing in Birmingham – including the amateur and professional scene – has been released.
‘Boxers Talking Boxing’ has been a two-year project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund and produced by staff at the Pat Benson Boxing Academy.
It features accounts from a host of former boxers, including ABA champions Mark and Paul Ramsey and Matthew Macklin, as well as professionals including Bunny Johnson and Barcelona Olympian Rowan Williams.
