Box In Mind courses aim to increase awareness around mental health issues within boxing clubs and gyms across the country.

Mental health problems affects one in four people, meaning everyone is likely to know someone who is having problems, even if it is not obvious, like a physical injury.

Box in Mind has been put together in conjunction with mental health charity Mind.

Those who attend will be given guidance on how to spot the signs that someone is struggling with their mental health, and explain what they can then do to get that person the right help.

Coronavirus changes

Please note: due to the Coronavirus pandemic, all face-to-face England Boxing Box In Mind courses have been postponed until September 2020 with immediate effect. However, from June 2020, an alternative free, shortened, online version of the course is being run at regular intervals (see more details below).

We will reschedule face-to-face courses for later in the year. Where someone can’t make a rearranged course, then we will do our best to accommodate them or offer them a refund.

Any queries should be directed to Boxinmind@englandboxing.org

Please note that the courses are available for people over the age of 16.
