Workforce Administration Assistant
England Boxing is searching for a Workforce Administration Assistant to join our Operations team. You will support the delivery and coordination of training for coaches, officials and volunteers, including course administration and monitoring/licensing coach qualifications and standards. The role will grow to include wider workforce initiatives such as recruitment, retention and organisational sustainability. Flexibility is required, with occasional evening and weekend work and attendance at National Championships.

This pivotal role will lead the development and day-to-day management of our Membership Services Department, supporting and enhancing the experience of our ever-expanding community.
