Louise Vidor | Bright Star Boxing | Midlands |
Richard Holland | RG Boxing Club | Midlands |
Sean McGann | Fleetwood ABC | North West |
Simon Carsberg | Beartown ABC | North West |
Tony Nicholls | Tamworth Boxing Club | Midlands |
England Boxing’s Lead National Coach, Amanda Coulson, said: “We are delighted to have six coaches successfully complete a six-month mentorship programme.
“In that time the coaches engaged in Pathway coaching sessions, took part in continuing professional development (CPD) sessions, and shadowed and supported the coaching team at competitions.
“All of this has allowed them to further their knowledge and experience of the Pathway and contribute towards their individual development areas to enhance their coaching practices.
“We are looking forward to working further with these coaches as they begin their role of Development Coach within the Pathway.
“I would like to congratulate all six coaches on their enthusiasm, engagement, professionalism and continued drive to develop their coaching during this period.
“Finally, a thank you must also go to John Hodgkinson, who led this programme which was a first of its kind for the Pathway.”
