The Booking link for the upcoming England Boxing Workforce Conference is now live.

The event which focuses on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED+I), women & girls and workforce development, is set to take place on the 22nd of November 2024 in the Leonardo Hotel, Derby.

The day will consist of insightful talks, engaging workshops and numerous interactive sessions. Those who are able to attend the conference will have the opportunity to connect with England Boxing’s workforce staff and network with peers in the community.

To confirm your place, head to https://englandboxing.sport80.com/public/wizard/e/152  – please note there is a capacity limit, so spaces are on a first come first served basis.

To ensure conferences and other events like this remain free for all of our members, we will be taking a £10 deposit upon booking, once you have attended and completed the conference the amount will be returned. This helps to finalise an accurate numbers of attendees when we are booking venues.

We also understand that last minute changes or emergency situations can occur, in those cases we will adhere to the usual bookings and cancellations policy (which is included in the booking link page). If you do not attend without giving prior notice, you will not receive your deposit back (as per the policy).

Be sure to include dietary requirements and reasonable adjustment requests when booking. If any issue arises with this, please contact chloe.hawes@englandboxing.org directly.

The venue is fully accessible, but parking spaces are limited. However, there is a multi-storey car park across the road from the hotel, which can be used if the hotel’s parking is full on the day.

The conference schedule will be released in the coming weeks. This year, multiple sessions will run simultaneously, allowing you to book the specific sessions you’d like to attend. The booking information will be sent along with the schedule.
