Terms and Conditions to England Boxing x ActiPH Year’s Supply for Water Giveaway 2024/2025
- Organiser
The giveaway is organised by England Boxing, in partnership with ActiPH (the “Organisers”).
- Eligibility
2.1. The giveaway is open to residents of England, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees, agents, or affiliates of the Organisers and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2.3. By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry Period
3.1. The giveaway begins on 17th December 2024 and ends on 10th January 2025 (“Entry Period”).
3.2. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
- How to Enter
4.1. Participants must enter by completing the entry form online and have followed both the England Boxing and ActiPH instagram profiles.
4.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
4.3. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
- Prize
5.1. The prize consists of a year’s supply of water for the entrant and their gym facility. Entrants must be a boxing club coach.
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
5.3. The Organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary.
- Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the Entry Period closes.
6.2. The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided at entry and asked for further details such as a postal address.
6.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 72 hours, the Organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
- Data Protection
7.1. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the giveaway, in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
7.2. Participant data may be shared with ActiPH for prize fulfillment and promotional communications, as outlined in the entry form.
- Publicity
8.1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including the use of their name, likeness, and entry in publicity materials.
8.2. Winners may opt out of such activities by notifying the Organisers in writing.
- Liability
9.1. The Organisers accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received due to technical issues.
9.2. The Organisers are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury sustained as a result of accepting or participating in the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- General
10.1. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
10.2. Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
10.3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
