Review and working group
As a result, in 2020, England Boxing set up a working group to help improve its diversity and inclusiveness, which in turn commissioned a review led by London Club Support Officer Bevis Allen.

In June 2021, England Boxing also announced it was establishing a new Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Sub-committee, to be chaired by Michael Norford, which will report in to the board.
