England Boxing has a long history of helping to create champions who end up shining on both the Olympic and world stage.
Our talent pathway plays a big part in developing those youngster’s skills for what lies ahead and as a Development Coach, you could become an integral part of their journey.
We’re searching for someone who is robust, forward thinking and athlete focussed. The ideal candidate will be confident and able to deliver individual training and competition programmes for each of the pathway’s boxers.
They will also work closely with the performance team to ensure England Boxing strategic plan is implemented via the Pathway Plan.
