How would you like to play your part in uncovering the next Nicola Adams or Anthony Joshua?

England Boxing has a proud history of producing champions who go to on to shine on the Olympic and world stage.

Those boxers frequently develop their skills as teenagers through the England Talent Pathway, of which you could become an integral part as the programme’s National Coach or Talent Administrator.

As National Coach, you will lead on maximising the performance and development of all athletes/coaches on the performance pathway, ensuring that the systems and structures in place aid the boxers/coaches in fulfilling their potential at the high-performance end of the sport.

The role will work across male and female boxers and include schools, juniors, youths and elites.

As Talent Administrator you will help organise boxers’ appearances at international competitions across Europe and further afield as England bids to keep up its medal success of recent times, which included a record-breaking haul of 18 Schools European Championships medals in August.

You will also help store accurate athlete data to help monitor and track progress.
