Eight England Boxing National Amateur Championships (NACs) 2022 winners will be back to defend their titles as GB number one seeds when the 2023 edition of the tournament gets underway in April.

The octet consists of four female champions: Kelsey Oakley, Holly Heffron, Lucy Kings-Wheatley (pictured above) and Dione Burman and four male champions Hamza Uddin (pictured below), Jack Dryden, Dan Toward and Isaac Okoh.

They will be joined by Cameron McKay, who will be looking to go one step further following defeat in the 67kg final last year and IBA Youth World Boxing Championships 2022 silver medallist Damar Thomas, who was still competing in the Youth rankings at the time of the NACs 2022 edition.

All GB seeds will enter the draw at the quarter-final stage.

Non-GB number one seeds will be announced on Monday 27th March 2023.

The NACs pre quarter-final will take place at Barnsley Metrodome on Saturday 1st April 2023, followed by the quarter-final and semi-finals stage on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th April 2023 at the Magna Science and Adventure Centre in Rotherham.

The showpiece Finals Day will take place on Saturday 22nd April 2023, at the Vertu Motors Arena in Newcastle.
