Important Update: Permission to invite boxers from abroad medical update

England Boxing would like to issue the following important update regarding the medical status of boxers being invited from abroad.

Please be advised that all boxers who attend any event or sparring session from abroad must have an annual medical in place, which appears in their Boxing Record Book.

This is in accordance with the England Boxing Rule, 9.3 Annual Medicals, which appears in the England Boxing Rule Book.

Should an annual medical not have taken place then the boxer should not be permitted to box, under any circumstance.

This has been put in place for the continued safeguarding of all boxers whilst sparring.
