About Maverick Stars Trust

Set up by Charlotte Gilley, who trained to box competitively at Timperley ABC, Maverick Stars Trust is a charity which supports work to improve local communities through sport.

In terms of boxing, £67,500 is being invested by the Trust with support from England boxing to 27 projects all around the country.

Each club selected will receive £2,500 each for initiatives varying from holiday hunger schemes to those designed to improved confidence among teenage girls.
