Vacancy: England Boxing Audit sub-committee

England Boxing is seeking to make a new appointment to its Audit sub-committee.

The remit of the role is to monitor and review the effectiveness and adequacy of all aspects of financial reporting, ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and best practice, monitor internal and external audits and other financial reporting and assess and make recommendations to the board regarding the annual budget.

This is a voluntary role, but reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be paid where applicable.
