The Locker – Official Go Live & June Special Dispensation

With The Locker successfully soft-launching on May 21st allowing thousands of members to log in, process their membership and give their feedback, we are now ready for the next phase of its roll-out – the Official Go Live!

From June 1^st members will be able to renew their membership, have medicals recorded by Doctors, apply for their 2024/25 season licenses and lanyards and much more.

Support and guidance are on hand with video tutorials (HERE), timelines (HERE), and surgeries/workshops taking place throughout the country, details of which are outlined below:

Members can also contact England Boxing directly to fix any issues they are facing by clicking on the ‘Contact Support’ button in the bottom right of ‘The Locker’ screen, or emailing ‘support@englandboxing.zendesk.com’ where a member of our team will respond as soon as possible.

As a reminder, a special dispensation is in place throughout June, for all existing EB members to engage with training, shows and events.

Paper versions of BCR1s are no longer being issued as of June 1st. All paper BCR1s should be sent to Regional Registrars so that the boxer’s competition records and medical information can be uploaded to ‘The Locker’.

Boxers scheduled to compete in June who possess a paper BCR1 – issued before June 1st with a valid medical – will be allowed to compete and have their bouts recorded on the paper BCR1 under special dispensation granted by England Boxing for the month of June 2024 only.

From July 1st 2024, paper BCR1s will no longer be eligible for use at any competitions, shows or medicals.

England Boxing would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has helped in the transition across from ‘The Vault’ to ‘The Locker’, and we are excited to progress in our journey to a modernised and streamlined sport.
