Recruiting: Membership Working Group Member (Voluntary) 

England Boxing is seeking a committed and experienced individual to join the Membership Working Group on a voluntary basis. 

The Group’s primary purpose is to develop and advise on strategies, brand propositions, marketing, communication, and implementation plans that align with England Boxing’s strategic objectives. These objectives focus on the introduction, growth, and retention of participants in all aspects of boxing, as well as expanding and sustaining England Boxing’s membership. 

The successful candidate will contribute to: 

• Developing policies and strategies related to Clubs, Membership, and Development in accordance with England Boxing’s Strategic Plan. 

• Ensuring that England Boxing meets the needs of boxers, clubs, and regional associations. 

• Assisting member clubs and regions with administrative and development matters.
