New forums for England Boxing Regional Welfare Officers

The England Boxing Compliance Team is inviting Regional Welfare Officers (RWO) to attend regular online forums to improve communication and encourage the sharing of ideas and best practice.

The first date for this has been set for Monday 6th March at 6pm and you can click here to join.

Going forward, it is hoped that those attending can shape the agenda and discuss what England Boxing can better provide to help perform the RWO role.

“We are aware that communication has been an issue in the past and we are determined to improve this, together with the level of support received from England Boxing,” said Paul Smith, England Boxing’s Compliance and Safeguarding Manager.

“To this end, we hope to get as many Regional Welfare officers together as possible so that we can all share experiences and improve things for the future.”
