Lions boxing coach’s mental health plea

Coaches at Midlands Region club Lions ABC are using their video blog to highlight the importance of mental health during the Coronavirus outbreak.
Kevin Dillon, son of GB coach Bob Dillon, is the head coach at the Brierley Hill-based club and, alongside two other coaches, recently started a video update called Black Country Blokes.
In this edition, he stresses the importance of reaching out to others and maintaiing lines of communication, even if you can’t see people in person.
