Joe Gallagher Boxing Academy to host DiSE open day

The Joe Gallagher Boxing Academy will host a DiSE open day on Saturday 26th November, between 10am and 12pm at the Manchester Youth Zone in Harpurhey, Manchester.
The DiSE programme is an excellent opportunity for aspiring boxers to continue their development, both academically and practically.
The programme is designed to benefit boxers by covering subject-specific content such as nutrition, technical and tactical analysis, sports coaching, sports psychology and much more.
Upon completing the course, students will be awarded with a Diploma in Sporting Excellence (DiSE) and a Level 3 BTEC in Sports Coaching and Development.
England Boxing’s Community Apprentice for the North West and Merseyside and Cheshire region, Ali-Yousri Assad, is a former student of the DiSE boxing programme and says it’s an opportunity not to be missed,
“As a student who went there, I must say that it was the best place that I could’ve gone. It gives you a chance to train with some of the best boxers in the country, while simultaneously earning qualifications.
