Team England travelled to Dundee for the first day of the GB Schools Three Nations 2022.
A mixed day for the team saw the Three Lions battle back strongly after a disappointing start.
Results
- Male Under 34kg – Alfie Taylor Satchell beat Adam Gallagher (Scotland) by unanimous decision.
- Male Under 35,5kg – Kai Meehan (Scotland) beat Dean Goodreal by split decision
- Male Under 38.5kg – Tate Chekenya (Scotland) beat Harry Scaden by split decision
- Male Under 40kg – Zain Iqbal (Scotland) beat Bill Connors by split decision.
- Male Under 42kg – George Sarnwar (Scotland) beat George Ralph by 3:2 split decision.
- Male Under 44kg – Jacob Naismith (Scotland) beat Finny Chambers Baker by a 3:2 split decision.
- Female Under 48kg – Daisy May Constable beats Ava Allison (Scotland) by 4:1 split decision
- Male Under 48kg -Noah Barney Smith beat Culloch Gibson (Scotland) after corner threw the towel in.
- Male Under 50kg – Hayden Young beats Campbell Sutherland by 4:1 split decision.
- Male Under 54kg – Issac Huczman beat Oscar Steele (Scoland) by 4-0 split decision.
- Male Under 57kg – John Hodgkins beats William Retson (Scotland) by RSC.
- Male Under 60kg – Antony Mccarthy beats William Boyle (Scotland) after corner pull their fighter out.
- Male Under 90kg – Kia Tenant (Scotland) beats Dominic Winters via RSC.
