Boxing coaches at all levels are invited to access a free, online resource that will support the development of their skills in training young people.

iCoachKids is a global, not-for-profit coaching movement that is led by Leeds Beckett University (UK) and the International Council for Coaching Excellence.

It brings together world-class organisations with a common desire to support youth coaches and a proven track record of doing so, including include Sport Ireland Coaching, the Hungarian Coaches Association, the Netherlands Olympic Committee, the European University of Madrid, Lithuanian Sport University and the Royal Belgian Football Association.

While it takes a whole-sport approach and is not boxing specific, it is widely recognised as providing valuable examples and ideas that can be used by coaches in any sport.

It features some well-known and establish sports coaches and practitioners and looks at learning, skill development and growth and maturation.
