10 ways to look after your mental health as lockdown eases

The last 18 months has been difficult most of us, for lots of different reasons. Today (Monday 19th July) see’s the majority of the last remaining restrictions being lifted in England, and everyone has their own personal feelings, which should be respected towards this change.
In a time filled with change, moving out of the last remaining restrictions may feel odd, but we are finding ourselves having to get used to, yet again, a new normal.
With this, we may find ourselves feeling overwhelmed or anxious about our new circumstances.
